Analysis: Rawls had his most carries since Week 7, and though he did nothing to get too excited about, could see more action if C.J. Prosise's ankle injury turns out to be serious.

Analysis: Rawls and Eddie Lacy had a practically even split in touches for a second straight game, making neither a particularly attractive fantasy play at the moment. Rawls did receive a goal-line carry that he couldn't convert, though, so he looks like the slightly better option among the two right now.

Analysis: This only further muddles the Seattle backfield. Rawls was expected to start the season opener before sitting out while Eddie Lacy, Chris Carson and C.J. Prosise split carries. Rawls could end up getting the most carries going forward, but it's hard to say if that would be the case right away, plus he's never been much of a pass catcher so he's not a good fantasy play Sunday.

Analysis: Rawls was expected to be the starter but hasn't fully recovered from an ankle injury suffered in the preseason. Eddie Lacy should start, though rookie Chris Carson and C.J. Prosise should also get a fair share of touches.
|Aug. 17, 2017 11:57 AM PT12:57 PM MT1:57 PM CT2:57 PM ET18:57 GMT2:57 11:57 AM MST1:57 PM EST1:57 PM CT22:57 UAE14:57 ETNaN: - Rawls will sit out Friday's preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings with an ankle injury.
Analysis: Eddie Lacy was named the team's starter for Friday after Rawls was given the nod ahead of Lacy for last week's preseason opener against the Chargers. Rawls rushed two times for five yards while Lacy carried four times for 10 yards. It remains very unclear which back will get the bulk of the carries during the regular season, but Rawls appears to be a risk considering his injury history.
